My Usage: your monthly allowance, your own units, and SMS units.

Activity 1.3. Know what your plan includes.
In the left menu, under Account, press My Usage.
Monthly usage left is your free allowance on the Freemium plan. It resets every month. Your units are ones you buy or earn, and they never expire.
Most everyday work uses no units. A few things do, like checking a transfer receipt. Text messages are separate: they use SMS units, which you buy in Step 3.
