Handling orders on the platform.
Every online order is saved in Wildfire, Orders, even if you never open WhatsApp. New orders also show in the bell, and in your email.
Start each day with Awaiting you. Search by name, order number, or phone.
Open an order to see the items, the delivery fee and the total, with the offer and coupon savings explained.
Check Payment. Reach the customer with Call, WhatsApp, or Email.
Press Confirm order to accept it. When you are ready to deliver, press Convert to invoice.
