Reading Inventory Center and spotting what needs a reorder.
Inventory Center — what you hold, what’s moving, and what isn’t.
Inventory Center gives you an overview: total products, low stock, out of stock and stock value, then Fastest Sellers — split by quantity sold and by sales value, since high-volume cheap lines and low-volume valuable ones are different businesses — and Slow Movers (in stock), the money sitting on your shelves.
Reminder Level is the re-order point set on each item — the stock figure at which it starts appearing in your Low Stock alerts. It is set when creating an item, or in bulk through the Items upload template.
Open Inventory List, search for the item, and check its Quantity against its Reminder Level.
If the quantity is at or below the reminder level, it will surface under Low Stock on Inventory Center.
Reorder, then record what arrives as a Purchase — not an adjustment — so the cost feeds your weighted average correctly.

Qty entered through an Items upload is opening stock — use it only for products you’re introducing. For stock arriving into products you already sell, use Purchases instead.
