The full Inventory Center tour — stat cards, fastest-movers charts, searching the catalogue, and a deep dive into one item's full history.
A full tour of Inventory Center and one item's Item Detail page.
Inventory Center is where your whole catalogue lives at a glance — and where one click takes you deep into any single item's full history.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Products | Every item in your catalogue. |
| Low Stock | Items at or below their reorder level. |
| Out of Stock | Items at zero (or negative) stock. |
| Total Stock Value | Your entire catalogue's value, at cost. |
Stock levels and your fastest movers are charted below the stat cards, with a date-range filter — switch it to see last week's picture instead of today's.
The table underneath lists every item. Search by name to jump straight to the one you want, then click the item's name — not the gear-menu shortcut — to open its full Item Detail page.
| Stat | What it means |
|---|---|
| Current Stock | Units on hand right now. |
| Reorder Level | The minimum before you should restock. |
| Sales Price | Per-unit selling price. |
| Stock Value | This item's value at cost. |
| Retail Value | This item's value at selling price. |
Every single movement — purchases in, sales out, adjustments — logged with a running balance, so you can trace exactly how this item got to today's count.
Sales & Orders shows Total Sold and its value, with a link straight through to the sales records behind those numbers. The Stock Level Trend chart plots quantity over time — a slow bleed, a seasonal spike, or a flat line telling you this item just isn't moving.
Point of sale, inventory and bookkeeping for multi-store retailers — online or offline.
